In going through some old family photos, I ran across a photo of a child about 6 months old. On the back is written W. L. Basil-
Jim half brother. I have no Basil's in my tree that I know of. The hand writing appears to match another mystery photo of a house, and on the back, a note: dear aunt Annie, Leo and I thought you would like this photo of our house.

The address appears to be 1918 Gruner Ave.

My known relatives are from the south (Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia) and my family names are Banks, whisehunt, layman, graves, rawson, Mahon,Abney.

The only Gruner Avenue I can find is in Ohio. If anyone has a clue about these mystery photos, please let me know.
