My great grandfather, Luigi Basile, was a cook in the Italian army during WWI; then immigrated to US and settled in Glen Cove NY. I think his wife was Rose. They had two sons, George and Augustino. George Basile had two sons, one daughter - Louis (d), Gus, and Lucy Rose. I am first-born on Louis, who married Barbara Megow. Any one know Luigi? He may have had a brother or sister.
