I have looked for information on my grandfather for years. According to the census he was born in Arkansas in 1850...his parents in Tenn...he married Rebecca Whittle of SC and they moved to Cass County, TX and raised their family...he would never talk about his family or where he descended from. He died in 1900 and is buried in the family cemetery there...if interested, write me at d0517@aol.com and we can discuss this...never know, might be we find them someday...Dora
