I also have a George W. Baskins, son of Isaac W. Baskins and Mary Ann Carter. He worked for the railroad in Arkansas. My memory is not clear, but have the records, I think he went to Arkansas to Alabama and back to Arkansas. Moved around very frequently.
There is also a black line of a George W. Baskins in Conway Co Arkansas, my line is white.
