Surnames: Gautreau/Bastarache
I am looking for the descendants of Marguerite Bastarache born 1762-80, married to Jean Pierre Gautreau born 1773. She was the daughter of Michel Bastarache and Marguerite Gaudet and he the son on Pierre Mathurin Gautreau and Anne Rosalie Diagle.
I am trying to trace my Great Grandfather John Benjamin Guthro who was born around 1838 and died around 1942.
I am told by the family that he was in New Brunswick, PEI and then Nova Scotia. Anyone with any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
