Looking for information on John Batey (John Norris Batey) born New York 1785. Joined British Navy 1804.

He was a widower when he married Lucy Merritt in England 1816
They had 2 offspring James Norris and John Norris Batey

He died in 1866 in England

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
