Theodore R. Batiste b. 22 Jan 1905 in NYC, NY d. Oct 1984 in Delhi, Delaware Co., NY buried in Woodland Cemetery, Delhi, NY.
married 9 Oct 1930 in Jersey City, NJ.
Bertha A. Parish b. 16 Oct 1904* (SSDI gives birthdate of 17 Oct 1904, obit reads 16 Oct 1904) in Delhi, NY d. 26 Mar 1982 in Delhi, NY also buried in Woodland Cemetery, Delhi, NY.
Bertha was the daughter of Alford and Charity Ward Parish. (Charity's first husband was Charles DeWitt.)
Theodore R. Batiste was the son of Theo D. Batistea and Ruanna L. (last name unknown) He had 2 sisters Dorothy and Margaret. The only brother I know of is Gene. In census of 1910 Theo, Ruanna, Theodore (age 5), Dorothy & Margaret were living in New York, New York.
Theodore R. and Bertha A. had 3 children, all of which are still living, 2 sons and 1 daughter.
