Isaac Batt first contracted with the Hudson Bay Company in 1754 to serve as Labourer at YorkFactory, Manitoba, Canada.and Sask., Can.
Wish to find name of his parents.
He reurned to Eng. 1760, married Sarah FOWLER, 18 aPRIL 1761, STANSTEAD ABBOTTS, HERTFORDSHIRE, Eng. Was he also born there?
He returned to Manitoba 1762.Killed b
He also had a Cree woman and had children. Daughter, Margaret Nisticho "Nestichio", born 1757 or 1777., whom married James SPENCE, from Orkney Island, Scotland.
