Any Batte's with a DNA test?

Hello everybody, My name is Brenton Batte. I am a decendant of Henry Batte (b. 1505 , d. 1572 ) of Oakwell hall. I have taken a DNA test from ancestry.com and I have been predicted to be R1a. I was just wondering what any other Batte's have for their haplogroup. Any feedback would be great!

Ferdinando Batte of "Baltimore County and provinces of the other part"; will in Baltimore County, MD, died after 4 June 1783 and before 2 Aug 1783. Various other info: 1)Little Goose Harbor in tax records of 1804, owner widow of John Battee; 2)could have married daughter of Phillip Hall, based on Anne Arundel County Orphan Court Case, 10 Mar 1718/19, binds unto Ferdinando Battee II, James Hall, age 10 years and Philip Hall, age 6 years, their father Philip Hall being gone out of the province, to age 21.Battee is to teach both to read and write; 3) Philip Hall's administration dated 15 Nov 1764 --payments to children in equal amounts, 1-wife of Kinsey Sparrow(b 8 Apr 1712), 2-James Hall, b 1708, 3- wife od Ferdinando Battee, 4-Philip Hall b 1712.
Believe him to be son of Ferdinando Battee II and father of children listed in will 1, John who married Eleanor Stansbury, Ferdinando Battee married Isabella Fisher, Elizabeth married V. Dorsey and Philip.

Elizabeth b abt 1680 marr William Ligon II. Who is she the dau of? Henry or John?
Have one child for her & William.
Joseph b abt 1704 in Henrico marr Judith Stewart. I read the book on the Ligon family but it was very confusing & I could not follow the lines.

Had son Matthew Ryan Evans born 4-23-1809. Matthew Ryan Evans was father of prominent 19th century southern novelist Augusta Jane Evans.

Looking for information on Henry Batte born in 1910. His Wife Massille Batte, born in 1910, His Daughter Nadine was born in 1929. He was in the 1930 Census, He was supposetly Killed in a dynamite accident in Northwest Jasper County in Mississippi. He was the Son of Henry Vernon Batte, He died in 1913, His Mother was Minnie Viola Ware Batte she died in 1919. I think she married again ,and think her Husband name was Blanks. Robert Batte

While checking out Batte-Poindexter information I located a Peter P Batte marrying 17 March 1847 in Powhatan Co, Virginia to a Mary P Poindexter. I do not have this info Who is the Mary P Poindexter. I do have a Peter P Batte who marries Elizabeth W Poindexter. There were in Nottoway co and moved to Simpson co KY by 1880.

She is supposedly a cousin of president Zachary Taylor. I can't find anything on Martha.

To anyone out there that may be researching the Batte family.
I have someone who is trying to find out info on an Althea Anna Elizabeth Turner Batte that married Claiborne Dandridge West on Sept. 4, 1834. She was born Nov. 2, 1818 and all is known is that she was born in Ky. We want any info on her parents and where she was born and any other info that you might have. A mg. record cannot be found in Christian Co. so they may have md. somewhere else. If anyone is working on this family, please let me know.

Henry Batte and Rebecca Smith of VA and TN

Does anybody have any information on the children of these two born in Tennessee? Henry Batte is in the 1820 Census in Tennessee with 3 males age 0 to 10, 1 aged 10 to 16 and three girls.

I beleive them to be the parents of my ggggrandfather, Isaiah Baty, who shows up in the 1850 Texas census as born in Tennessee and with a 71 year old "Rebecca Batey" born in Virginia. The age is right to be Rebecca Smith Batte.

Word was received here today that T. A. Batte, formerly a well known man in newspaper circles, and father of Gus Batte, formerly foreman of the Daily Press of this city, died at Hot Springs, Ark., where he had been for a number of months, and where he went suffering from rheumatism. The body will be brought to this city for burial.
