OMG, this is my husband's family. Do you have any information on Klebert and Louisiane? Not just dates, etc. but what were they like or how did they look or where did they live, etc.?

I have that Klebert Baudoin is buried at St. Joseph's Cath Cem in Milton, Lafayette Parish, La. I have it on the internet, just google it.

I have that he is the son of Laurent Estival Baudoin (b1829) and Adele Josephine Loret (b abt 1836). Klebert is listed as Claiber Bodwin WM 24 under the Joseph Hebert household on the 1880 Lafayette Parish census. Then in 1910 4th ward, Lafayette as Clebert Baudoin with Louisiana as wife.

I'm Galbert's grandson and I've been trying to find this information too. Clara is my mother and she's the last of the children still living. The sad thing is Uncle Harry probably would've known these things but I never got to ask him. His mind wasn't very good for the last couple of years before he died. Peggy, I found in 1860 Athakapas, Lafayette Parish Census post office Vermillionville, a Eugene Baudoin a planter, age 31, born about 1829 and Olivt, his wife age 26 with daughter Ezilda Baudoin age 9.

In 1860 Attakapas Lafayette Louisiana Census Theodule Baudoin is age 13 and he is working on a farm belonging to a Alex Simon age 40.

There is a Widow Pierre Baudouin, age 32 in the St. Landry Parish Opelousas Louisiana 1850 Census with children listed as Theodule age 6, born about 1844 and Thiodat, born abt. 1847 and Pierre born 1840

Peggy, Ezilda last named on marriage record was Beaudoin, Theodule last name was spelled Baudoin, so more than likely she probably was also a Baudoin, you know that surname Baudoin was spelled so many different ways. I will check the census again for more information,

It is one of Galbert's children that was in our local paper's obit.(Lafayette,La.)
I like to collect the obits of those that pretain to me or my children.My children are Baudoins,by my first marriage.I have a son by my second marriage to a Himel.
There is a Gladys Himel that is in obit.Parents Andre' Himel and Angela Blanchard.Would you have any info on these 2 people? They were from Lafayette,La. area.No dates.

HELP !!! I am looking for the parents of both of these people.Dua Baudoin and Heloise Hebert.One of their children recently passed away,Velma Ann Baudoin Guarino.They also, had other children.Willa Mae,Barbara,Wanda,and Camella Baudoin.One son Charles Theriot.
I found where a Dua Baudoin was born 11/14/1909,died 4/1/1993.

I have Baudoin relatives from Raceland. What would you like to know. My grandfather was Wilfred Paul Baudoin, sisters Ada, Marie Alice, , possibly Cecile, and brothers (or half brothers) Henry Baudoin, Joseph Harris Baudoin, and others. His father was Sylvester Baudoin married to Bridgette (sp?) Falgout. His father was Sylvain Baudoin married Emelie (sp?) Toups. There was also a Chauvin in ther line, but that's about as far as I've gone. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have relevant information.

Hello members, my name is Linda {Porter} Bruce and my parents were Bill Ellis & Lula Porter. Dad has Baudoin cousins in Abbeville and I am trying to trace them. When daddy passed away in 1962, he received flowers for the funeral from a Mr. and Mrs. O.B. Baudoin and De Ann. I hope some of his cousins there see this or someone who knows them will pass this along to the right parties.
Dad was born in 1905 and his great grandmother was A(E) rnestine Baudoin b. abt. 1842..she was married to Shedrick Porter...they married around 1858-59 in Abbeville.

Hi, its been a long while since I have been on this website. I left a message in early 2002. Does anyone have a Baudoin/France connection in their family. Probably from Raceland, LaFourche Parish area. My cousin's grandmother was Lucia Baudoin married to Herbert France. They had 13 children. Some France names are Anatole Wilson, Herbert, Albert, Joseph, Roy and Camille. The original name was LaFrance.

I am working on Baudoins for my children.
Their Dad is a Baudoin. We are no longer Married but friends. I asked my daughter to call her grandmother and ask her if she knows of your Dad.She said she is very sick
so she doesn't want to ask her on phone.Anyway my X's grandparents lived in Abbeville before they passed on.They were

I check in obits in newspaper every day for differant family names.Just this week there were 2 Baudoins.Over here they put preceded in death by so and so.I'll keep my eyes open. I'd like to see you find your family.

There is a Theodule Baudoin who married Ezilda Beaudoin November 8, 1869 in Lafayette Parish, La.
My source for this is Louisiana IMarriages on Ancestry. com.

Also found a Theodule Baudoin in 1860 Attakaras, Lafayette Census, born abt. 1847, he is age 13, working as a planter on a farm.

Also Theodule Baudoin born abt. 1838 in St. Charles Parish, La. This Theodule married Fredonia Pardue.

Hope this helps, if you would put dates , when they were born and places they live or were born, it would help in searching for them.

Peggy, I found Theodule Baudouin born abt. 1848, married to Ezilda, born abt. 1853 and their children in 1880 ward 4, Lafayette Parish, La. Census Their surname is spelled Bodwin in the census, which is what made them hard to find. Children listed with them:
1-Aliene Bodwin born 1870
2-Berte Bodinborn 1873
3-Gabbert Bodin born 1876
4-Blanche Bodwin born 1879
