Hello Kerry... This is great information....! I had a few dates (years) and places but it's great to know more detail about the particulars (business, addresses etc.)

I had the name of your Great Aunt as "Grace Emily Renfrey" (maybe it was Alice Grace Emily"?) born in 1922 and d. 27 May 1987.

I do have one "Fred Baulch" as the son of George Baulch and Alice Grace Renfrey. I seem to recall an e-mail where it was mentioned Fred never married and didn't have children, but I don't know the primary source of that info.

If you don't have this already, I do have some detail on Frederick George Baulch (George's dad):

======================================================
Had a twin siter, Emmelina Alice Baulch, who died shortly after birth. (1872)

Census 1881: Age 8, occupation "scholar". Living with mom and siblings at 86 King Street West, Plymouth St Andrew, Devon.

Census 1891: Age 18, occupation "Market Gardener". Living with mom and sister Laura at 11 Waterloo Street, Torpoint, Cornwall (across Devonport/Plymouth)

Probably married in Plymouth, in the last quarter of 1895.

Census 1901: Age 27, Widower. Living with mother Eliza and son (George aged 3) at 11 Waterloo. Occupation: salesman, working at home.

In the "1906-7 The Post Office Directory of Plymouth, Devonport and Stonehouse" there's one "Baulch F" living at 12 Waterloo, Torpoint.
========================================================

So probably Frederick and son George moved to QLD after 1906.

Frederick had a brother (Anthony William B Baulch) "who was a publican at Biggenden, Queensland". So I guess Frederick and his brother Anthony owned the pub. There's no record of Anthony in the 1891 English census, so Anthony may have moved to QLD before 1891, and Frederick joined him after 1906.

Great adding pieces to the puzzle, hope I've helped a bit too..

Cheers!

Paul
