Great-great grandfather Levi Baumgardner

Am looking for father and mother of Levi Baumgardner (my gg-grandfather), unknown date of birth; unknown place of birth (possibly Ohio or Michigan), a United Brethren Minister and farmer. Moved from/to/back from Michigan/Ohio/Missouri; death date 2-13-1898, Douglas County, Missouri, married Sara/Sarah, maiden name unknown, death date 8-4-1914, Missouri or Michigan. After Levi's death, oldest son, Earline, moved family back to Ohio/Michigan.
