Hi All - I'm Dave from Orlando, formally of Cincinnati, Ohio. My father is David J. STONE. His father was Everett Joseph STONE from Louisville, Ky. b. 10-5-1894 d. June 1975 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He married Elizabeth Louise BAUS b. 3-21-1899 d. 7-25-1930 in Covington, Kentucky. Everett's father was Charles STONE also from Louisville b. 5-3-1872 in Louisville, Ky. d. in Cincinnati in 1951. . He was married to Louise SULZER from Boden, Germany b. 10-25-1870 d. 1934. Also listed as living with them was her brother Rudolf SULZER. Charles' father was William Sutcliffe STONE b. 1841 in Harrodsburg, Ky.. He married Lucinda Belle SNIDER. William's father was Felix STONE of Oldam, Nelson County, Ky. b. bet. 1800 - 1809. He married Catherine BRIGGS also of Nelson County, Ky. Elizabeth BAUS' father was David BAUS b. 1865 in Cincinnati, Ohio d. 5-13-1940 in Newport, Ky. David married Catherine HENRY b. 1875 in Cincinnati, Ohio d. 4-21-1911 in Cinti. Oh.. David's father was Joseph BAUS b. bef. 1859 d. abt. 1889 in Cinti. Oh.. Joseph married Eva ??. Catherine HENRY's father was Thomas HENRY who married Mary ??

My mother was Joy M. OAKLEY b. 3-12-1931 d. 7-14-1993 in Cinti. Oh. . Her mother was Nona DEVER b. 6-8-1887 in Washington Courthouse, Oh. d. 2-1-1959 in Cinti. Oh.. Nona's father was Samson James DEVER b. abt. 1850 d. abt. 1897 and her mother was Elizabeth Susan SHIELDS b. 4-2-1873 in Jackson City, Oh. d. abt 1948 in Cinti. Oh.. Joy's father was Claude E. OAKLEY b. 5-12-1894 in Elliott County, Ky. d. 3-24-1989 in St. Cloud, Fl.. Claude's father was Edward Worth "Stant" OAKLEY b. 4-20-1871 d. 10-24-1933 in Portsmouth, Oh., Claude's mother was Serena Belle WADDELL b. 4-29-1871 d. 1-2-1956 in Portsmouth, Oh.. Stant was the illegitament son of Luther INGRAHAM and Susan OAKLEY both from Kentucky. Luther was a Civil War soldier for the North. I have a picture of him in his Sgt. Uniform. Serena's father was Alfred Goodman WADDELL b. 10-22-1828 in Wilkes County, North Carolina. d. 5-22-1902 in Shady Valley, Johnson County, Tennessee. Alfred was also in the Civil War for the South. He was also a physician licensed by the state of Tennessee. I have a picture of him in taken about 1892. He married Anna Johnson b. 4-15-1831 in Lawrence County, Ky. d. 4-18-1916 d. in Elliott County, Ky.. Alfred's father was James Alfred WADDELL (the WADDELL name is also spelled WADDLE) b. bef. 1803 in Wilkes County, N.C. d. bef. 1870 in Ky. he married Francis BAUGESS b. abt. 1807 in Wilkes County, N.C. Her father was James BAUGESS. James WADDELL's father was Noel WADDELL b. bet. 1750 - 1760 in Surry County, N.C.. Anne Johnson's father was Jesse JOHNSON and her mother was Mary "Polly" BOGGS b. bet. 1802 - 1807 in Lee County, Virginia. Polly's father was James L. BOGGS b. abt. 1754. Her mother was Elizabeth CLEMENT.Elizabeth's father was Hugh CLEMENT and her mother was

This is where I am at now. Any cousins please let me know who you are. The line I'm having the most trouble with is the DEVER's. I'm also curious about James Iredell WADDELL and his possible relationship to my WADDELL's. He was born in Surry County, N.C. and was the Capt. of the confederate ship Shenandoah which fired the last shot in the Civil War and also was the last ship surrendered.
