Agnone is in the region of Molise,
province of Isernia. They are all Catholic.
Leo Bax, and several of his brothers emigrated to
the US around 1903, and settled in the Niagara Falls,
NY area. I think they may have first gone to
Pennsylvania. The surname is originally British,
and goes back to a British navyman who decided to
stay in Italy (may have been forced to do so...)
