Bayard Catacomb

I'm trying to establish where exactly a Bayard catacomb is located. It was purchased by William BAYARD on 16th Feb 1798 and is located somewhere in the UK. William and his wife Elizabeth MCEVERS are buried there - he died 28th Dec 1804 and she died 2 July 1814. Various other family members are buried with them. Details of these burials are in documents in the Special Collections Dept of University of Birmingham, UK. However, the documents don't say where exactly the catacomb is. One clue infers it is in a town where a St Michaels Church is also found. The catacomb is noted as having 10 places and being full, the last burial being Margaret Bayard in Dec 1854. In other documents, William is referred to as "late of the City of New York in North America but now of Golden Square in the County of Middlesex". Golden Square is just north of Piccadilly Circus in central London, so the catacomb may be in one of the then outlying towns (the reference to St Michaels Church is "... from St Michaels Church in this town...") Any help would be appreciated.
