Alvin, you are in my Beasley family linage. I found a Bryant Beasley in AL who has a grandfather named Gordon (Jonathan Gordon) Beasley around 1907 per the US Census'. The year 1906 would fit for his year of birth. Gordon's younger brother Arter Beasley was born in 1908. I think that James Bryant Beasley was the son Redin Bryant Beasley and Redin had a brother named James M. Beasley.... Redin Bryant Beasley was the son of Bryant Beasley of Duplin County, NC and Bryant's dad was Austin Beasley Sr. b: 1755 d: fall of 1822 Duplin County, NC. Austin Beasley Sr. is my 3rd great grandfather and his son Austin Beasley Jr. b: 1812 is buried near Ozark, Dale County, AL. His son George Russell Beasley went from Dale County, AL to Soledad Canyon, Territory of New Mexico in the 1880's where he died in 1931. This is my family line and is confirmed with yDNA.

Here is Austin Beasley Sr's will of 1822 Duplin County, NC. Austin Beasley Sr's son Bryant is your namesake.

I give to my son Bass Beasley (1804-1881) that part of my land bounded as follows;
