I am trying to trace any ancestors of mine. My dad is from Harthill Scotland. My grandad was called Alexander Beattie from Harthill, married to my gran Esther Finlay from Shotts. My great grandparents on my gran's side were called William Findlay and possibly Marion Findlay, who did re-marry after my great grandad died, to Ching Allander from Armadale, West Lothian ,Scotland. My great grandparents on my grandad's side were James Beattie, possibly from Galston, Ayreshire, Scotland, and Agnes Hutchison, who had a brother Joe who was a gamekeeper for a lord, possibly in Galston. If anyone can help me trace my history, I would be appreciative.
