Lester Becker from NY to MN

Surnames: Becker, Littlefield
I am searching for the parentage of Lester Becker, born in New York and first found in the 1850 census in Shuyler co./Hector Town/ NY. I can find no trace of him before that. I know he was born July 4, 1825. I do not know his parents. He married Shuah Littlefield in Saratoga, Winona, MN on Christmas Day 1855 and came to that area sometime after 1850. Would appreciate any help I can get on this dead end.
