I am researching the family tree of my maternal grandmother Emma Beckett born in Blackwater , Hants 1st June 1885 died 9th Nov 1966 .
Having gleaned memories from my mother and aunt and with research I have found the following information .

Emmas' parents were Elnathan A Beckett born Sproughton, Suffolk 1853/54 and mother Emma Beckett nee Clarke born Needham,Suffolk 1852/53 . They were married in Ipswich in Dec quarter of 1876 , he was a Carpenter , and moved to York Town on Hants/Surrey border .

Percy grew up to marry a bakery owner's daughter Sarah Langham and all the men/boys were employed as bakers at Oaklands Park,Weybridge , Surrey .

If you are related or have further information I would be grateful , all I know is that the siblings of Elnathan were said to have biblical names .
