Andrew Beckley,age. 101, formerly of South Poplar Street, Hazleton, died Thursday evening at Davis Manor South, Hazleton.
He was born in Hazleton, son of the late Michael and Anna (Hardon) Beckley.
Andrew was a former member of Holy Trinity Slovak Church and a member of the Parish of Ss. Cyril and Methodius at the Church of St. Joseph, Hazleton.
Prior to retiring, he was employed by Jeddo-Highland Coal Co.
Andrew was preceded in death by his wife, the former Helen Hurda;
his daughter, Lorraine Beckley, in 1991;
and brothers and sisters, Mary Hnat, John Beckley, Emily Beckley and Dorothy Sabol.
He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

He is survived by nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. from Frank J. Bonin Funeral Home Inc.,
542 N. Wyoming St., Hazleton.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at the Parish of Ss. Cyril and Methodius at the Church of St. Joseph.

Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Drums.

Friends and relatives may call on Monday from 9 to 10 a.m. prior to the funeral
