Hello, I hope you are still searching Bickner / Beckner family tree. I am looking for info on Benjamin A. Bicnker / Beckner,b. June 17, 1855, d. Sept. 11, 1925, Tenn. His wife was Sarah ? b. abt. 1855 in. N.C. His parents were Isaac Beckner, b.1814, Tenn., d. ? and Elizabeth / Betsy Creech, b.abt 1825, d. ?, Tenn. Benjamin and Sarah's daughter was Maude, b.1884, d. 1917 Hamblen co., Tenn. She married Judge Edgar,b. 1882,Hamblen co., Tenn. They had 2 daughters, Opal, b.abt 1910 and Helen, b. 1913. After Maude's death the girls went to live with their grandparents, Benjamin and Elizabeth. Their last names where changed along the line from Edgar to Bickner or Beckner. The girls father Judge Edgar married Jenny Buchanann, of Bulls Gap, Tenn., 3 months later. Does anyone have a lead on Opal or Helen or any other family members?
