My name is William S. Graham. I have been doing research (primarily on the Graham side)and have begun on my mothers side (Becraft). My mothers name was Irene Catherine Becraft. Her fathers name was Burton (Bertie) Becraft. Burton's mother and father were James Becraft born about 1838 and Martha born about 1836. Burton was born July 1870.
They lived in Rockland Ramapo New York. At he time Burton was born he had two sisters Ella and Emma 4 and 2 yrs old rrespectively. The fore going all according to the 1870 ccensus. By 1880 the family added Wilbert, Frederick, and Ernest.

As noted most of my time to this point has been devoted to
my Graham surname. Might you be able to provide any
additional information, for it seem we may be related?

Burton died in 1936 in Detroit Michigan. He had two
daughters (both deceased). My mother Irene and her sister
Martha.
