My grandmothers maiden name was Bertha Bedell b.around 1900.Her parents were Wm. Bedell and Maude Little,I believe that Maude was of Amer.Indian ancestry and all were from the Rosedale,Queens area of New York.There is a Bedell street in Rosedale and at least a few others on Long Island.
