Bedford Family, England and Ireland

Surnames: Bedford, Holdsworth
I'm wondering if anyone has any information on a Samuel Bedford, born in Queens, Ireland around 1808, and died around 1875. His mother was Bridget, also born in Queens, around 1781. Samuel married Grace Holdsworth (born around 1817 - Mirfield)and their children all seem to have been born in the Dewsbury / Wakefield area.
I would be grateful for any information which helps me plug the gap...
