I am searching for proof of the birth of their son, Jabez ( alt. Jabus) b. 1793, probably in Longmeadow. Jabez (Jabus) moved to Boston Erie County NY and married Eleanor Alger ( dau. Sarel Alger and Mary/Polly Jackson (?)). They had 2 children in Boston. They moved to Yorkshire, Cattaraugus Co. NY in time for Charlotte Jerusha Hancock to be born 1830. Jabez ( Jabus) and Eleanor ( alt. Elanor) are buried Elton Cemetery, Town of Freedom, Cattaraugus Co, NY with Jerusha and her husband Daniel Brown ( son of Reuben Brown and Amanda Converse)

The proof of birth of jabez ( alt. Jabus) is my brick wall. Longmeadow split off from Springfield MA in 1783 and I cannot find the records; the Vitals are not in the Vitals of Springfield. There is a gap after 1783.
