I am encouraged to see the number of postings concerning the Beekman Family in Pike Co, Ohio.
My grandfather John C. Rhoades, had a sister, Nancy Jane Rhoades, who married an Ira Beekman b-March 23, 1860 in Pike Co, OH. John & Nancy Rhoades's father Levi Rhoades, lived in Benton Twp, Pike Co, OH.
Ira & Nancy Beekman had four children Silas, Jake, Bertha & Ezra. I am trying to network with my Grandfathers siblings families.
