My grandparents, James L. Beeler and Elizabeth
Brown moved to Washington from Bristol,
Tennessee before 1910. It occured to me they
may have chosen Washington because of relatives
already there. My great-aunt Minnie Brown was
also with them. She later married a Wm. Duvall
and settled in Creston, Washington. When the
family first arrived they settled in Lincoln
County about 17 miles northwest of Krupp.
