Hi, my name is C. Larson, and I live in Chinle, AZ (on the Navajo Reservation) where my husband teaches at the high school (non-native), members of the LDS Church; and I help folks with their genealogy at times. I do know a family in our ward F. Buckinghorse, who may be from his mother's side of the family. We do have a person in our ward, L. Vanwinkle, who is seeking more information on Charley Wallace Begay, deceased, possibly his father? Does the name sound familiar to him? (May be a cousin brother).
Found in 1930 Indian Census Schedule (So. Navajo Dist.), Tullie Yazzie Begay, (12) b. 1921, Navajo, living with father Hostine Tudi Koz Begay B. 1894 widowed, and siblings Yelthbah, age 15, Denet Yazzie age 13, Nasnebah age 9, Ahtsisi age 7, Yecanes Bah age 3, and Alfred Young Begay, age 1mo. The family is shown in the 1937 census with a new wife (Ahkeabah, age 37) and several more children, so we can safely assume he got remarried. Perhaps this is his family? (Or)

US Public Records show: Tullie C. Begay, phone 645-9645, Po Box 317, Shonto, AZ 86054; 104 Ferry Court, Page, AZ (1992); and P.O. Box 3998, Page, AZ 86040-3998 (1993). Perhaps this was where he lived before, and there are living relatives at this address still (as is common).
More information would be appreciated. Thanks, CLarson
