I believe that Agnes Begg, born to Adam Begg and Elisabeth Gibson wed James Nicholson in Muirkirk 25 Feb. 1803. According to GROS they may have had at least three children. Apparently it took the happy couple some time to decide on marriage.

James Nicholson, 13 Sep. 1797
Elizabeth Nicholson, 11 Jul. 1804
Francis Nicholson, 19 Dec. 1805

I'd like to hear from anyone with any further information regarding this family.
