      <title>Obit: Harold Beierman of Nebraska (1922-2008)</title>

      <description>Harold William “Butch” Beierman, the son of Clem and Catherine (Kurtenbach) Beierman was born on May 17, 1922 at Lindsay, Nebraska. He was baptized on May 18, 1922 at Lindsay Holy Family Catholic Church and confirmed in 1936 at St. John’s Catholic Church in Petersburg. Harold attended St. John’s Grade School and graduated in 1940 from Petersburg High School.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In 1942 Harold entered the United States Army and served as a Tech Sergeant in Germany. He was honorably discharged in 1946.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Harold was united in marriage to Bernice Goetzinger on October 26, 1943 at the St. Bonaventure Catholic Church at Raeville, NE. The couple lived in Columbus for a short time where he worked as a meatcutter at the Council Oak Store. In 1948 he was transferred to the Council Oak Store at Albion as meat market manager. He worked there for 23 years, and then at the Albion Thriftyway for 17 years, retiring in 1987.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Harold was a member of the St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Albion and was a past Grand Knight with the Knights of Columbus. He volunteered at the Boone County Health Center and delivered Meals on Wheels to the shut-ins for 18 years. Harold also enjoyed yardwork and gardening.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In December of 2004 Harold entered the Wolf Memorial Good Samaritan Center in Albion. It was there that he passed away on Friday, May 09, 2008 at 85 years of age.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Harold is survived by 2 sons: Harold Jr. and wife Patricia of Sudan, TX; Robert and wife Rosalyn of Houston, TX; 1 daughter Barbara McNutt and husband Mike of Gillette, WY; 1 sister Blanche Kersting of Kingford, MI; 1 brother Lavern Beierman of Osmond, NE; 7 grandchildren; along with other relatives and friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Harold was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Bernice in November of 1996.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at the St. Michael's Catholic Church in Albion with Fr. Stan Schmit officiating.  Burial will be at the St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at the Levander Funeral Home with a 7:30 pm Wake Service.  Visitation will continue from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the church.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

      <description>LITCHFIELD - Donald Beiermann, 71, of Litchfield died Wednesday, May 4, 2005, at St. Francis Hospital.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;He was born Feb. 19, 1934, in Waggoner, the son of Leonard and Hazel Brown Beiermann. He married Nancy Fogleman; they later divorced. A daughter, Melissa Beiermann, preceded her in death.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mr. Beiermann farmed in the Barnett Area, retiring in 1994. He was a member of Litchfield Moose Lodge 1634 and AMVETS Post 16.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Survivors: two daughters, Cathy and Stacey Beiermann, both of Litchfield; six brothers, James Beiermann of Litchfield, Richard (wife, Charlene), Raymond (wife, Joyce) and Bernard Beiermann, all of Raymond, Howard Beiermann of Harvel and Jerry (wife, Linda) Beiermann of Conesus, N.Y.; and two sisters, Ruth Ann (husband, John) Gaither of Taylorville and Barbara (husband, Al) Tomek of Ocala, Fla.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Graveside services: 11 a.m. Saturday, Elm Lawn Cemetery, Litchfield, the Rev.       <description>WHITE HALL - Rosalie Beiermann, 78, of White Hall died Thursday, May 5, 2005, at White Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was born July 11, 1926, near Hardin, the daughter of Paul and Theresa Becker Godar. She married Jerome A. Beiermann in 1944 in Hardin; he died in 2003.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Mrs. Beiermann was a licensed practical nurse at Passavant Area Hospital in Jacksonville and area nursing homes. She retired from White Hall Hospital in the early '80s. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church in White Hall and the Catholic Daughters of America.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Survivors: two sons, Tom and Rick (wife, Donna) Beiermann, both of White Hall; two daughters, Jean (husband, Robert) Taylor of St. Louis and Sharon (husband, Gregory) Becker of Fishers, Ind.; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Alfred Godar of Jerseyville; and four sisters, Geraldine Krause of Kane, Elaine Turner of Alton, Donna (husband, Jim) Droege of St. Charles, Mo., and Melba (husband, Steve) Tepen of Hardin.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Funeral Mass: 10 a.m. Monday, All Saints Catholic Church, White Hall.
