I do not know if there is a connection here but I am looking for information on a beirne family from Frenchpark Roscommon. My sister in law who is blind was Theresa Beirne born Frenchpark Roscommon (she now lives in Reading in england)her parents were Michael John Beirne and Julia McGee who had several children the eldest was Mary born approx 1931 then Francis, Joseph, Theresa, and Carmel there was also Kevin who died young. Theresa remembers Julia lived in elphin. I am trying to find out anything about Michael Beirne 's parents or ancestors any help appreciated.
