Lois Beitler, 96,
of Ross, formerly of the North Side, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2008, at the Reformed Presbyterian Home.
She was the
daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth Beitler;
and sister of the late Richard William (Crystal) Beitler. She is survived by her special friends, George and Lois Meyer. Miss Beitler was a member of the Order of the Easter Star where she served as past matron from 1960 to 1961. Friends will be received from noon until the time of service at 4 p.m. Sunday at the HEARD FUNERAL HOME INC., 4047 Perrysville Ave., Observatory Hill. The family suggests memorial donations to the Reformed Presbyterian Home, 2344 Perrysville Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15214. Miss Beitler will always be remembered for her generosity and numerous kindnesses.
