I am seeking any information on Herman Beitz, died in 1890 keeping a family member from drowning and drowned himself. His sons were Otto Teafield Beitz, William Ernest Beitz, and his daughter was Edith Beitz. Herman was married to Edith "Ida" Beitz. He was born in Hamburg or Pomerania. She (Ida) was from Lupemburg, Lupembarry it was said that Herman married beneath his station and left Germany. Arrived in the US 1889/ 1890.
