Sophie Belair was my great grandmother, although I didn't know her personally. She married Desire Lebrun 4 Sep 1870 in Baltic, Ct. She and her family were mill workers there in Baltic. It is where she met her husband. They had five children born in Baltic, then they moved to Warren, Rhode Island where they had 4 more children. She died 12 July 1915. I have extensive information on the Lebruns and the Belair families dating back to the 1500's.
