Hi JR, nice to hear from someone! My father was Otto Belak and I know he had a son with the same name. There were many children from Otto as I understand it. My father Otto had/has a brother named Frank with wife Lois. Frank and Lois have one adoptive son named Peter and one adoptive daughter, whose name escapes me for the moment. Frank and Otto also had a sister that I met, named mary maybe? I have it written down somewhere, but I haven't looked at it for such a long time now I would have to refresh my memory. My siblings all grew up in Humboldt county. I don't remember the names of the older children by Otto except for Otto Jr. There were 9 kids of Otto Sr and my mother Helen, 2 died as babies. 6 girls and 1 boy. Sue, the oldest died a few years ago. I lost track of everyone else since then. Hm... a few years ago... has to be at least 6 yrs ago now as my daughter has been married 4 years now. Anyway, I would love to glean any info you might have. I met Otto a few times, Otto Sr., that is but my mother had long since passed away by then. I would love to hear from you.
