My second & third given names are David & Belasco. I understand that my maternal Grandfather, Emanuel Simmons Belasco was 1st cousin to the David Belasco. It appears he was born in Finsbury, London in 1861 & died in Montreal 1904. He married Miriam Flora Lyons, who was born 1866 (where?) and died 1932 (where?) and is buried in Miami. They had both lived in London at different times but not necessarily during their marriage. He appears in the 1881 British Census and she moved there following his death. They lived during their marriage in Montreal, at least, & where My Mother was born. Simmonsseems to tie things together. Does this help?
