My mother's maiden name was Ruth Belcastro and was born in Cleveland, Ohio. My grandfather name was Joseph Belcastro and was from Calabria down in the southern part of Italty. he married my grandmother Mary Eva Morse in Canada and imagrated to the United States in the early part of the 20th centrury. My Aunt was born in 1906 so I think they probably came sometime 1904-05. My grandfather occupation was listed as a porter on my mother's birth certificate in 1918, I know that my grandfather's brother came to the United States to bring my grandfather back to Italy but the brother stayed and married. He and his wife had 21 children --no twins either. I am not sure if they lived in Cleveland or Canton, Ohio. I hope I have added something to the amazing puzzle of our family tree....
