My name is Leanne McConnell and my mother in law Florence was daughter to an Eleanor Belch (her maiden name)now passed way. I have a copy of the 1911 census and Eleanor is the youngest born ( 2yrs old) of Isaac and Isabella Belch and she has a brother Ernest who was 3 at that time. They were living at 7 Donegal Ave Belfast at the time. I remember my mother in law mentioning that some of her uncles were barbers?? Does this match up. Florence and her husband John emigrated to Australia in 1972 and I am married to their son John. We now live in Richmond Surrey. Love to hear from you.
