My name is Denise Belcher. I am trying to help my husband and father-in-law do their Family tree. My father=in=law's name is Richard Wayne Belcher,Sr. His father was James Lee Belcher. He died when Richard was about 6 (he thinks) so that would have been about 1955 give or take a year. I believe he passed in Colorado. He was married to Burrella Mae Lappin.
