Hello - I am Michael Bartlett, the great-grandson of Charles T. Belgrave. I live in Madison, Wisconsin and my grandfather was James Basil Sylvester Belgrave and my mother is Phyllis Ruth Belgrave. My mother had a brother, James Belgrave, Jr. and my grandfather's wife was Ruth Nelson Belgrave. There is a picture in my parents' living room of my grandfather and his sister Jewel as toddlers. I found your posting as I am most interested in finding out about my Great-Uncle Elba who my mother knew as her "Uncle Albie".
