Can anyone tell me who this ALEXANDER BELL is? He married Virginia Kiger [the sister of the deceased Esther] on 21 May 1835 in Falmouth, Stafford Co., VA. They had a daughter, Caroline "Carrie" BELL, born 1 Oct 1855, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania Co., VA, who may have married Edward Little PARMELEE in 1897, and they lived in Jackson, MO.
