My father's cousin "Paul Bella" would be too young to be your great grandfather, but that doesn't mean there isn't a connection. From what I know Paul, Robert, and Joseph were common names passed down through the family. My grandmother who currently lives in Germany has done some research into the family. Unfortunately my Uncle Peter Bella has the information and won't pass it on. I've attempted to get the info. several times with no success. To the point, Paul Bella, is currently living in Vienna, Austria. There are actually quite a few cousins living in Vienna. I don't recognize the surname "Farkas". I will check with my father next time I talk to him and see if the name is familiar. I know at some point in the early 1900's a family of Bella's, distantly related settled in California. Unfortunately I don't know where they settled or if they remained there.
