Dear Cheri, So sorry for your loss. I hope this post finds you well. My Name is Melinda Bellon Everett. I believe that we are cousins. My Father, Thomas James Bellon, born 1929, I believe is your father's lost older brother. I tried to contact your father unaware he had passed. Louis Emil Bellon our grandfather was married to Anne Ruby Vessell in 1928. Ruby is my Grandmother, by the time my father was born Louis (his father) was out of the picture. I know that you posted this along time ago, but im just now reading the posts and intrests in my family. It seems that I have family that i did not know about. I didnt get to know my dad (Louis Emil Bellon III ) but am now feeling the empty feeling in my heart from the space that he should have been in. I have mixed emotions about that part of me (the bellon side), but i really want to know that part of me! Anyhow im Cheri Evette Bellon-38 years old, have four children, and now live in washington state. if still intrested contact me!

POW/MIA Korean War BELLON

I am searching for the family of a soldier who was killed in the Korea War. When he entered service he gave Ingham County, MI as his home of record. His remains were never recovered. Our government has no family contact at this time for this soldier

Soldier: ARCHIE KENNETH BELLON *
Born:1912 Caucasian
Date of loss:27 November 1950 KIA

When the Korean War ended the enemy never returned or accounted for over 8,000 of our servicemen. They died in their hands. That was over 50 years ago. Since that time DNA has been perfected and also they are recovering remains in North Korea. Our government is obligated to return those remains to the proper family. DNA samples have been obtained from most of the families of these missing soldiers. For various reasons some families have not been located.

When the remains are recovered and identified they will be returned to the family for proper burial. I am just an old (79years) Combat Veteran out of the Korean War and thankful that I did return. I consider this a very noble cause and I hope that you can help in some way to find this family. For more information on the project you may go to http://www.jpac.pacom.mil/. My part in the program is to match up the lost families with the proper agency.

I will be grateful for any assistance in locating this family.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone with information about Marjorie (Acuff) Bellon, who was born in Iowa in 1915 and died in Tampa, Florida, in 1988. She was married to a BELLON, possibly Otto Bellon (1904-1973), who also died in Tampa.

My great-grandmother was Mavis Bellon aka Yvonne Sue Bellon.
I have been told that I share a striking resembalence to her when she was young but now she has passed away. I would like to know if you have any information regarding about her cherokee hertiage?

I have information on Josephine's siblings, parents, grandparents, and back a few generations but all I have is the names of Josephine's 5 sons and nothing else on her family. I would be very interested in getting information on Josephine's family. I hope that would be possible.

Josephine and Frank Hazuka Sr. were parents to Josephine Hazuka Todd Ingerly.

Josephine (Jr.) and my mother were cousins, Josephine(Sr.) and my Grandmother were sisters. Can I ask how you are related to Josephine Ingerly?

I am searching for the family of Josephine Hazuka Ingerly who was born March 1905 in the prauge Czech. The only information I have is she married Edward James Ingerly, who eventually resided in Kansas. I would like to know her parents and/or grandparents. Reading your post, I am wondering if the Josephine and Frank that you are looking for might be the parents. What information do you have on the child Josephine? I would appreciate any help you might have.

Antoine Alexandre Bellon came from Barcelonnette, France - a village in the French Alps near the Italian boarder.

my mother's father's name was Andrew Bellon. His brothers were Steve Bellon and Milan Bellon. Andrew Bellon was born in the U.S., moved back to Czechoslovakia as a baby and returned to the U.S. when he was 14. His mother's name was Maryann Hazuka Bellon. My mother was Margie Lenor Bellon (Fleming)
My Father was Louis Emil Bellon
My half brother is Rickey Charles Reeder
My half sister is Heidi Beth Reeder
My step father was Charles D. Reeder
There should be another Child out there because since dad was the first and I am the 3rd and my younger brother is gone,
it would make sence that I have another brother. My mother spoke of a lost brother but never gave me any ideas.

I am glad to hear from you. I am a little confused, I thought Margie and Louis were married. Is this a different generation? It was my understanding that Bob Sanders' father was Louis and his mother was Margie. I may be remembering incorrectly. I would love to see the picture. I am the son of Margie (Bellon) Reeder. Louis Emil Bellon is my half brother. My mother was a small woman by weight, but she was approximately 5' 7" tall. According to my brother, his father was also Louis Emil Bellon. He had looked for him for several years. I am a Bellon also. My name is Laura Bellon Gilpin. I know that I have information concerning your Dad that you call Pete.
I believe that his name was Jacques. He had three brothers that were in orphange with him. All three went into military during World War II. Jack, as he was called disappeared from his grandmother's house in Missouri. He had three sisters also. All have passed away. I am a half sister. His Dad, Joseph Alfred remarried and had 5 children. Contact me if you think this could be your Dad's family. Also in the Bellon boards someone is looking for information on a Mavis Bellon. She would have been a sister. I remember her as Yvonne Sue.
