My last name is Belpre, My father Jose Juan Belpre died on August 4 of 2001in Philadelphia PA where he lived since moving here from PR.
I also found Pedro Catag Belpre from PR who died September 9 of 2001. Joaquin Belpre-Vazou died April of 1981
