I am looking for Elaine Belton and Victor Large and there families. I don't know much about them. They had 2 daughters both born in Portland, Oregon, and both adopted out. The first was born in 1976. The second was born shortlly after. Victor and Elaine divorced shortlly after the second was born. Victor lives in Portland, Oregon. Elaine might also. Elaine has a brother named Timothy who lived in Chicago, and might now live in Portland, Oregon also. Elaine had a cusion named James Conway who died in 1992. His widow is Patricia Anderson. I hope that someone can help me locate them. Thank you very much.
