I am looking for information about my grandmother's ancestors. Here's what I know:

Carl Belz m. Emilie
They were from Schleswig-Holstein region of Germany. Carl came to the US ca. 1877. Emilie came a few months later with her mother, Mrs. Ludwig, and children Gustave, Herman, and Bertha. I do not know from where they left or where they arrived.

Carl and Emilie had 6 children:
Gustave Belz m. Bertha Engel (children: Joanna, Lillian)
Herman Ferdinand Belz m. Margaretha Freier (child: Carlton)
Bertha Belz m. William Kruckow
Bruno Robert Belz m. Elfie Meierdirks (child: Marguerite)
Charles Belz m. 1. Ruth Maxwell, 2. Effie, 3. Louise,
4. Bertha, 5. Peggy
Elsie Minnie Belz m. Walter Charles Knack (children: Irene,
Audrey, Walter aka Sonny)

Carl and Emilie lived in Oak Park, IL.
The children lived in IL, WI, and NE.

Any info you might have would be appreciated.
