Altus Was my uncle. Grandma was buried in the paupers section of a cemetary about a mile south and a little east of where Altus and Martha lived. I couldn't find it with out one of the old ones. I guess Katherine Ruckman (daughter of Grace)is the only one left that might be able to remember where it is. There is no headstone there. I remember mom took me once and had trouble finding it. She dug in the dirt a bit and came up with the ring that used to hold silver dollars and then she said yes this is it and shed a few tears. It is the only time we went there. The name of the cemetary might have been Red hill I am not sure. You can find a newspaper article on her death there in the daily oklahoman I think. I have lost all my records again. All I have is memories and I am 64. Katherine is 76 I think and She lives in the house aunt Grace owned. I think they have named the area Newalla now. Mom is gone now and all of my aunts and uncles. I have one brother left and a few cousins. I am on msn and the blab1945 is the rest.
