I have only these census on McCarty & Nelson's family. I previously had them as possible children for Erastus & Ellen Himrod, who were the parents of Lewis HImrod, seen living on the McLean, Tompkins Co, NY census next to my relatives Frances Bement & her future husband Thomas Darby's family. Don't have anything on Hosea. McCarty & Susan Bement are shown in Butler Co, Iowa in 1850 census, she is 25 & he is 30. Also his brother Nelson & wife Olive & son Alfred, are shown in Butler Co, Iowa census in 1860 & 1865
