Jennett Dwight Bemis (Samuel-6, Wait-5, Samuel-4, Samuel-3, John-2, Joseph-1) was born at Lyndon, Caledonia, Vermont, on 27 August 1832. She married Charles Augustus Gale on 14 July 1850 in South Royalston, Massachusetts, son of Otis Gale and Elmira Sherwin. He was born in August 1825 at Royalston, Massachusetts.
