Hi George, my grandfather is Harold (Bud) Bender. He is the son of LeRoy Bender and Dorthy Henry. Elsie was my grandfather's Aunt. It sure sounds like we share the same family line...so exciting! I have been unable to get much from my grandfather, only because he know very little about his own family. He claims that is due to being raised by his grand-parents. I was so thrilled with the pictures I found of Howard in the Boyertown Auto Works Historical Museum. Can you confirm that is the correct Howard? He sure looks a lot like my grandfather. In that picture there is a young Butterwick boy next to Howard, I wonder who might that young man be? I will call my pop-pop and ask about Rodney and reply again with any information for you.
